How do I access the online portion of my blended learning class?

An email containing the hyperlink and directions for accessing the Red Cross Online Learning portal was sent to you after your registration.  If you can not find the email in your inbox please check your spam folder. You may also use the hyperlinks below:

What do I do if my Login does not work for the online class?

Be sure you use the CREATE LOGIN button to create a NEW LOGIN.  The login information you used to register with us is NOT tied to the American Red Cross online learning portal. 

Are classes guaranteed to take place?

Occasionally emergencies or illness may prevent our instructor from holding a class as scheduled. In the event of a class cancellation, we will make every effort to contact students with information to resolve the issue. Please provide your cell phone number at registration so we have the most effective way of providing information. We work hard to prevent cancellations and we will provide a remedy that works for each student. 

Three (3) students are required to make a class. If a class does not reach the minimum number of enrollments to make the class cost effective to hold, we will contact you to make arrangements for a new class, move the class to a smaller room in our facility if available or arrange a one-on-one training session at your location. This rarely happens as the vast majority of our classes meet the minimum enrollment requirements.
